Sacramento County Says It's Illegal to Work on Your Own Car in Your Own Garage

Hello; Another reason to ____________ California. Seems in Sacramento county you cannot legally change the oil in your own car on your own property. You also cannot do a repair that disables a car for more than 24 hours.
This may not be news to the rest of you but it was to me.
I have no plans to move there.

PETA finds name of rural road in Idaho distasteful, asks for change

Hello; Another chance to poke fun at peta. Seems they object to the name Chicken Dinner road and want it changed. It is a road after all and not a "real" animal.
A long time ago I had a level of respect for their ideas in that I do not like the gross forms of animal cruelty. As with so many of these "I have the high moral ground" groups there does not seem to be any boundries nor limits to what they want to impose on others.
