Good night! he is really bulking up. I hate to even say it but I think he wants an 8' tank lol. Are you doing any live or frozen feeding at this point?

Nope all he eats is NLS extra large floating pellets, about a tablespoon a feeding. I was feeding him every day, just recently changed it to not feeding on water change days so now it's no food every third day.

Big fish feeding?

I wonder at times the actual amount of food others feed big fish. My boy Casper is 12in long now and nearly three years old. He is feed once a day (see pic) seven days a week. As of late I wonder if it's not enough as he has started begging for food when I feed the tank next to him. He's...

I looked around for a used 8x2x2 local to me for him before I got my second Aqueon 125gal.

So Casper made up a new game. It's called ring around the heater.

Next swim circles around said heater while not burning yourself...

Thankfully he forgot about that game. It's summer time so heaters are unplugged. We shall see come fall if he starts it back up.

Fish can be a pain in the a**. A couple days ago I was feeding my FH daisy and before he ate he felt the need to take a rock from one side of the tank and put it on the other side where the tank was bare bottom and then proceeded to eat

September will be three years with me, not counting the time TUIC took to raise him to a sellable size(between 3 to 8 more months) more. So overall age is nearing four years of age.
