oh my GOD what is wrong with my fish ha ha. I just don't get it, you have been cursed with all the disease in your tank and fin ripping, wheras I am getting another type of "curse" which is equally annoying.
My 2 barbs spend 90percent of the time swimming in the half foot corner at the end of the tank in a circle almost constantly, the flagtail also with them, or on his own at the other side, and all the loaches hiding in a tunnel, despite there being another hiding place at the other end, and despite in the AM when the light is off I know they are perfectly happy as the loach dance resumes.
When is this dumb behaviour gonna stop!

as they get bigger they should start to roam around more. they should settle down. my small ones used to cruise the tank probably looking for more food haha.

the jungle val in the planted tank is sending out runners with new plants already (I forgot how quickly this stuff grows lol)
but a few of the fish in the quarentine tank have died (including 1 clown).
It seems I was smart not to put the angels in there. they are doing well. but always pissed at one another. looks like I might have 4 males, hence the constant fighting.
the curse of the 150 may continue.
was feeding my lemonfins after work today and all of a sudden one started freaking out, doing spins all over the tank..like some sort of brain hemorrage out of the blue..
update on if the fish is still alive tomorrow. they are growing so fast, I hope I don't lose one of them..

good news update: the lemon fin is alive and eating, although not quite as aggressively as yesterday before the near death experience. so this is a good sign. I fully expected to wake up this morning to a dead lemon barb.
