Found my cat chewing on my smallest lima when I came home earlier! Seems someone has a taste for fish. Time to cover up the tiny 2"x2" hole I didn't think would be a problem. I've had that fish for nearly 4 years now. :(
wow, that is terrible. Did it die? or...?

Not sure just came home and it was being chewed on, but there was some wet kitty feet print on top of the tank.

damn man... if it wasn't for bad luck you'd have NONE at all...
you're telling me, and now I don't think I'll have the money to seal this tank for my birthday. I think I'll use what little money I have to finish all the wood work inside and out, and save for the sealant again!

Yeah, I've started giving plasma again. $20 first donation, and $30 the next on a weekly basis. So $50 a week right there. I clean 2 aquariums $20 each. I got one of them talked into once per week, and the other lady is out of her mind and only wants her tank cleaned once every month, or every other month when there's too much algae, or she loses a fish lol. So there's $70 a week for three weeks out of the month, and $90 on the fourth. So I can save up enough to get it in a month or two. I think I'll just get everything I need so that I can do it right. My fish stock is low enough now that I'm more focused on getting it done right. I don't think the big boy is going anywhere, and fat albert with his hybrid friend are hanging in just fine lol. It's not gonna be the same without my TSNs, and Hoover the albino Channel cat. At least most of the rescued (5 alive)oscars, jag cichlid, and one Jack dempsey will be in there also. I take in local unwanted fish here, but it's too bad no one else wants them in Montana. This is a state with very few dedicated fish keepers, and in my tanks right now it's survival of the fittest until I get the big tank finished. I still got enough monsters to eventually fill this bad boy though!!!

My request is:

I would like a picture posted with every post you make. It really doesn't matter what the picture is. It could be one of your fish, or you could just post a picture of the tank at it's current stage... Or it could be a picture of Sarah Palin naked. I don't care, I need pictures man.... I'm starting to convulse over here...

lol, that's a fair request then I guess.

Here's a few pics of what my beetles have been working on. It's one of my late TSNs. Took about 24 hrs to get these results.

Never thought of doing that. Next one to kick the bucket is so getting the beetle treatment.
