300 gallon tank - the project begins!

It's all hooked up and it works perfect. I will tidy the wires up a little later. I just have one concern. Is it alright for the ph probe to be fully submerged? It is just partially submerged now but when my pump goes off it will be fully submerged. I can move it if necessary.

I think it can be full under...mine will be too...any of them really if you think about it.

Told you it was easy....try out the feed timer yet!
 
I haven't tried the feed timer out yet. I need to give it a try though.

I think you have to set it up first in the menu. I did on the RKE...
 
Hello I am new to MFK, however I am not new to Glass projects. I own a glass company and have expert knowledge in aquarium building. Might i suggest a tree stump! A TREE STUMP???? Yes, a tree stump hollowed sectioned and "OLD SCHOOL" hardware. Encompass the tank in light frame work(Full support on the bottom) It will render a unique and breath taking display.
Any way just Fish food for thought!

I already set it up in the menu I just haven't tried it out yet. The fish eat so fast I really don't have any need to use it for feeding. I set it up for 30 minutes to use during water changes. ;)

First, welcome to MFK. Second, I'm sorry but I have no idea what you are trying to say. All I know is that I have done way too much work to just tear this tank down and start over.

lol , Man that new toy is bad ass. What kind of parameters does it tell you ? Can I get a link ? I hear I can sync it with my blackberry :headbang2:)
 
The lite won't sync up with your blackberry or my iphone, at least not yet. I believe the Elite will though. I just have it showing me temp, amps, and ph. You can do quite a bit more with it though. I plan on purchasing the moon light module in the near future.

Thanks bro. Hey are those surge suppressors to accommodate the controller specifically for amp readings or are they added insurance that you are installing? Oh and that moon light thing is the ultimate bomb overkill toy I want that.
