Just the spray bar is the 1100 number, the rest is fed up from under the gravel.

Anyone from this forum who wants to come, let me know ahead of time so I can hook you up!!

Also, the MOA has a water park now....but I can't hook you up there, sorry. It's spendy. The water park is indoors, and across the street to the West side of the Mall.

You mean the one off of 494 in that hotel?

No they were talking about on the news how they want to expand the MOA by adding a waterpark, performance art theater, and a hotel using tax payers dollars. :nilly: :(

The MOA add on will take over the North side parking lot. It will also have a large Bass Pro Shop.

The midas are part of a conservation / research program we are part of (based out of Peru). We only have a few (like 30 right now, but will be getting another 200-250 from Toledo). That number is small compared to the numbers of prochs we have and a school of about 500-800 silver dollars that will be housed in there.

Cichlids list has these (as far as I can remember off the top of my head):
Black Belts, Chocolates, Convicts, Eartheaters, Synspillum, Festivus, freidrichsthali, Severum (green, redhead green and gold), Green terror, Texas, Dempsey, Jurupari, Midas, Oscar, Red Devil, Pike (johannas), Red terror, Salvani, Uaru and Scalares.

juz a thought, convicts, synspillum, midas, salvini etc aint exactly SA/amazonian...is that a conscious decision to give a good mix of fishes rather than keeping things strictly amazonian? But otherwise, a fantastic setup! :)

Matt; What are the fish withthe horizontal stripes on their tails? They have the body shape of a large Barb. I see them in the display but can't make out what they are.

Tks.
