I know there was an Aro in the old amazon like exhibit which has turtles in it.

True I didnt take the smaller fish into account with Parayas in there.

I think you need more black aros in there, an see if theyll breed.

Right now my black is tiny.....barely a foot long. I think in a set up like this, breeding is possible. But I lack the time and resources to rear fry right now.

We've got three oscars in there, as well as three arow (two silver, one black). More arowana are on the way this Summer. Oscars are like pacu - as soon as you have one, everyone and their mother wants to donate yours...suddenly it's all you have in there.

I think he explained earlier that he didn't get the okay for Pbass because of the chance of predation.


PBass when full grown would pretty much each anything in the tank under 1 foot.

I dont thin they would if they are well fed. Besides with all the fish breeding in there. They will need something to eat all the excess fish.
