honestly i've never seen a dye on a fish that looked that natural. my best guess would be that they came that way.
Phi. blues aren't dyed. I have so many of these fish at the moment. They keep the blue color and mine are actually getting more intense with age. Also check out the Phinoy's when you get a chance. I have some of these too and they are amazing.

I vote angels,
With four tanks (including the 55g tall angel tank) i have enough to keep me busy, angels don't require as much attension as discus do and i personally think they are on par on looks with discus and also they have great personalitys - i have my angels eating from my hand easily now, they are less time consuming (if you have more than 1 tank or have a busy social life) and still have that wow factor
