Customer Satisfaction is key and I have yet to see any evidence that they were willing to answer simple questions laid out to them, they are VERY unprofessional and deserve to have all potential customers see that they will not receive more product if they should order more after having a disagreement with them and will have no choice but to either write off their project or end up using a competitor’s product anyway!

I believe that Wizzin should be taken seriously by the company and shouldn't be told he is lying or did something wrong when you can clearly see that he did as he was instructed to do ... there is a daily log of this in this thread as well as pictures of the process he took to do it which is more than 95% of what most customers would do, If their product was so great then they wouldn't even think twice about helping to solve the problems which wizzin has encountered and ensuring that he was happy since he is making something which will showcase their product to literally thousands of potential customers. It is clear that they are watching what is happening with their reputation with this community and they should care! Using Pond Armor seems to be the most reliable and cost effective way to do such an application which is fine by not only me but probably most of the people who have read this thread which now stands at almost 90K views. This isn't the entertainment industry were any press is good press... this is serious as most of us will have to trust these products not only to protect our fish from being in an empty box but our homes and other investments which are around our tanks and may not respond well to having thousands of gallons of water seeping all around them

Although I believe that every story has 3 sides I don't see how any of these make the company look like someone I would want to do business with unfortunately. Just one mans opinions, Just as yours is that they are a good company :) we are all entitled to have them.

look like thumbs down on sanitred. I was looking at this product for my project but not now. I've been burned before on expensive sealers that don't do what the salesman promised. This is a very valuable resource - where else can we find this stuff out before we all get taken? Keep up the good work and thanks for everyone sharing the information.
