How long have you owned him and how big is he now?

The 800 old puffer's tank is 3/4" glass. John Petersen (Now living in Virginia) built it and a 240 and 250 which slid in below it, also out of mainly 3/4" glass.NightStorm;4864784; said:arapaimag,
Question regarding your smaller tanks. What manufacturer do you use to build your acrylic tanks (ex - puffer 800 gallon)?
Thanks again.

Well i rehomed him due to me trying to get a S. Formosus, but that never happened. He was around 16inch's and a pig.
Well you sure have a lot of different plans.Ocean Railroader;4872644; said:What kind of building permits did you have to get for building this monster fish tank? In that the town I might be moving to has it where you have to get a pool permit if you set up or build any pool that is 24 inches or deep and this means even a Kio pond. So with permits and building inspecters I'm thinking of highering a professnal cement forms company and have them build the shell of the fish tank and then I add the viewing windows my self to it in that the building imspecters are real hard.
I wounder though if I where to have a cement company come in and pour cement forms for say a 10,000 gallon or a 20,000 would the ecomomies of scale make it as expessive as building a 40,000 or a 70,000 gallon so I'm thinking about building But I might even consder building it to be 70,000 gallons.
