J jaws7777 Depending on how well our nitrate filter works, we could start selling them. Nitrate Reduction Bros. Inc.
Didn't someone have a patent for an specific design for algae scrubber that has since expired? Either way let the mass production begin.

Maybe I just need a different business better who has a better attention to detail.

It usually tells you on the tube how long to wait. Most manufacturers say 48 hrs, but do 72 to be safe.

If it doesn't cure properly, it could release ammonia into the water.

J jaws7777 What kind of silicone are you using? Most silicones used for aquariums don't stick to plastics well. Try Dow Corning 732. It's acetyl cure like RTV 103/108 and GE I.

Dow Corning 795 and 79x neutral cure silicones will probably adhere to plastics even better than 732 but I know for a fact 732 does a good job.

Ge1, will stick to pvc, well if wiped down with alcohol, sticks to we'll to everything except, hard smoother plastics poly. Hdpe, , it sticks to sanded acylic also.
I like the rvt stuff, or urethane foaming glue, epoxy, and the hot glue gun.
