then as I ripped my Spro Popper Frog out of the weeds dragging it back for another cast BAM This Beauty just crushed it, 7lbs Bass just crushed it, what a way to start the new year!

Those are some nice fish, where in florida did you go, fishing ponds in neighborhoods are always the best, thats where i do most my fishing, the best spots are the ones youre not allowed to fish lol.

Tell me about it, I can't tell you hwo many times ive been kicked out of my local golf corse because i was fishing for carp. But like you said fishing ponds in neighborhoods are always the best and me and my friends have pulled out some huge carp including a 28.3 pounder

I dont fish for them anymore but I snag atleast(not on purpose) 2-3 carp a year when fishing wit lipless crank baits!!!!

I prefer to fish for Striped Bass and Bat Rays but during the winter alot of them leave the bay area or head to the deeper part of the bay. But pound for pound I personally beleive they fight harder then largemouth bass

IDk about that one. Usually when u catch a striper there is a current involved plus if LMB got that big COULD U IMAGAINE!!

Smallmouth pound for pound is the hardest fighting FW fish!!!

Never caught a smallmouth but I beleive you if your just talking about freshwater, but pound for pound for fresh and saltwater tuna is the ultimate fighter i went fishing in hawaii about a month ago and caught a bunch and even the little 5 pound skipjack put up a great fight on 30 pound line

Does the conowingo dam have one of those fish lifter things lol. I am wondering if the stripers will be coming up past the conowingo and make themselves towards the holtwood dam becuase if they do, then i will make a trip up to the susquehana to try and hit some

yeah they have a fish lift, alot of people fish for them and shad as they get held up there trying to make their way into the lift. Fishing right at the dam is ****ty, you lose soo much tackle. They blasted a few years back and you get snagged alot.
