8-16 was just a quick hour stop at the D&R canal after going to dicks sporting goods. We both grabed one pole and and hit the tow path. My nephew(kevin) used the buzzy and I used the spinny. We called it the battle of the wire baits. I let two small ones get off but landed a very decent smallie after it got pretty dark. Kevin banged alittle LMB before it got dark. My iphine doent have a flush but I tried to lighten up the picture alittle.

8-17 was a boat outting with Cliff to the "amazon. I dont know if it was the rain storm we had the night before or the fact the weather went above 90 for the first time in about a week but the bite was not normal for the amazon AT ALL. I banged 5 before 3pm, my other three came far apart before quitting at 8pm. Cliff got his one at 6:26pm.

Low numbers and no monsters today the biggest fish was only 2.6!!

Went fishing early yesterday and fished with a new spinnerbait. it was my birthday and schoolwould start the next day so i wanted to catch something really badly. NOTHING until 9:00 clock, when a fifteen incher slammed it. After that i went fishing in a new state park. Not one bite in two hours i will go with my spinning outfit next week. went fishing again this morning but i didnt have a bite and lost my spinnerbait. i should have used my buzzy.

yo I hit up the amazon today didnt catch anything it was all green tons of that hair algae gotta say it sucked. didn't catch a thing today I did come across some cool pieces of wood.


haha I was on D&R canal today from 2 to 6 funny I didn't run into you how was the fishing? get many bites I didnt get a single bite at the amazon saw some big carp jump tho


I saw a dying catfish that looked perfectly healthy probably low oxygen cause of the algea bloom

Hey guys got my first day off in a month tomorrow gonna hit it hard, Heading to the pier on lake michigan in the morning (3:15 a.m. Us michiganers do it early) to cast for some kings, steelhead, and coho. Then might go hit the river for a bit see if theres not some of the above species in there as well.
