180G drilled Tank, custom stand and full VHO hood, 350lbs medium size piece natural river gravel, custom made UGF plate, Ocean Clear Filter with not one but two Silent power pumps 350gph I believe (one is brand new never used) plus extra impellers, 3 RTGG's 1.2 12"~17" inches, one 8~9" inch Balas Shark, one Pink Convict, and two S. Cats, one that stopped eating for some reason and the other is growing like mad. Oh yeah theres a Sub 250 watt heater also. Some test kits I never use and some other odds and ends. Not a $1,000 but $750 cash I don't ship I wont split it up and it must be picked up all at once.

So when should I expect you?

:ROFL:Brilliant;)

seperating/ dividing the tank would surely be better than watching them die? I have not read all 239 pages of this thread but seeing your last posts and pics which dont really show that you are providing any useful info other shock value to me just see's cruel fish keeper.

I suggest you read back a bit, like when the one that recently died had a problem and he spent all night up with the fish running air through the fishes gills just to save it. Not cruel, educational IMO in posting the pictures of the fish that died, so we can all learn.

Hmmmm, I guess it's safe to say that you are expressing this comment in my direction, well If so, you are entitled to your opion and I to mine and here it is:

What the heck are you talking about?, you say seperating by way of dividing is the way to go - even though you didn't read the whole of the thread. Dude I sure as heck hope your not a doctor are you, your not interested in patient history, you just wanna start pumping in the medications cluelessly.;)

Seriously though, you must be one of those tree hugging veggy only eaters, it's the head of a dead fish whats the big deal? You never took a science/biology class, I've cut up & photographed alot worse things than this. Dude steer clear of the dead thread then.

As for the rest of your comment "(your last posts and pics which dont really show that you are providing any useful info other shock value to me)" - You want shock value - Remind me some day to tell you about my days volunteering at the City Morgue when I was just 16yr old. Well I know I learned from this experience that the fish have both teeth and bony tooth like plate in the back of there mouths/throats. And I learned that the fish taste good too and may provide a good food source to boot.

Just an off subject comment, I just watched Monster Fish of the Amazon, wow well worth seeing alot of really sweet shots of Arapaima's and other fish of that region, though some of the footage isn't from the Amazon but rather it's from Thailand. It was a really nice and well done show, wish I had the bucks to go to those places fish. If you haven't seen this Natgeo special you should.

Yes, I've seen a couple of threads about this, looking forward to it coming on over here, jungle hooks is also good if looking for a good monster fishing show.

Back on topic, My bacteria bloom does not seem to want to go away and George is in a serious mood for food, anyone stands up or a cat moves he's straight for them demanding feeding. I've not fed him a for a couple of days while it passes but I know Mrs Y is sneaking some food in
