I have a pair that were introduced several months ago and enjoyed each others company, but now the male's starting to bully the female.

The Bronx zoo has quite a few at that size.

Really, in which exhibit? So I can make a be line for it before I get sucked into the rest of that place and never get there, or out.

what other fishes can a GG live with? i have two of them in separate tanks. this is because i'm afraid one will dominate the other.
Well so far mine is in with An Arowana, an Rtc, a LIMA shovelnose (the RTC's buddy) a GT, in my 225g.

I have a pink that is about a foot long that lives with 4 silver arowanas, chocolate cichlid, acarichthys hecklii, 7 herichthys sp. turquoise, pair ports, 5 clown loaches, 3 botia modesta, a fat sleeper goby, and 5 bocourti in a 210. It rules the tank and bullies everything and loves fresh shrimp. A friend gave it to me at about 5" because it was beating the crap out of his flowerhorns.

I have Black Ghost Knife, Clown Knife, Gold Severum, Jack Dempsey, Banded Leporinus, Silver Sharks, Tinfoil Barbs, Oscars, Kissing Gourami, Clown Loaches, M. Vittatus, S. Eruptus, Pictus Catfish & a Pleco

But She does like to chase the Tinfoil Barbs around quite a lot at the moment :(

And I think tank size has a big part in GG tank mates :naughty:

Yeah The Bronx Zoo is famous for acquiring animals that way. You couldn't give an animal if it was the last one on earth but if they want it, they get it. Some of the things that go on in the background of that Zoo are not too cool. Then again they have some really nice exhibits.
