Ball python's... But; anybody know what made this litter??

Not that I'm proud to actually know this...

Mojave x lesser

It's kind of like knowing about tarantulas... don't really care too much for them, but it comes with the territory.

There is an outside chance I've seen them at Dallas or Ft. Worth. Sadly the one and only time I've been to those zoos I was with my newborn while my wife was on business and I had to really fly through the exhibits. I'll try to check them out next time I'm in Southern California.

Again, that was a great choice for this type of thread. Hope you come up with something else.

I'm not sure if San Diego has them on exhibit...they keep 90% of their collection off exhibit actually. They have so much stuff there. LA animals are off exhibit until the construction of their new reptile building is finished.

*Oops.. I just checked online at isis.org, looks like Dallas and Ft. Worth do not have any.. I was fairly sure all the bigger texas zoos had them. St. Louis zoo has them too... I'd love to visit that zoo, they have a massive hot collection. I forget the curator's name, Jeff something... He does wortk with montane vipers in eastern europe.

That's why there wasn't any lessers in the photo... It'd be impossible to tell otherwise.

It's Jeff Ettling. He's shown me around behind the scenes at St. Louis but they didn't have B. rowleyi back then but did have B. marchi and/or B. lateralis. He took me into their brumation rooms and was opening up all sorts of tubs to show me stuff. Really an awesome experience and probably the most "new" species and subspecies I've ever seen at one spot, short of my first visit to zoos as a kid. And I've been behind the scenes at several zoos.

I knew him back during his days at Wichita as well. Awesome collection there as well, at least back then.

Eh.. I guess I'm supposed to go? Idk...

Here's one.. I don't know if any or enough amphibians have been shown in this thread?

That was my guess. I'll throw out Theloderma horridum just in case T. gordoni is wrong.

I had a single male horridum for awhile, could never find it a mate... I eventually sold it. I think it might be the only one in the US.
