I just line bred them to be more blue than usual. And honestly these pictures don’t do them much Justice, it’s crazy in person. They really are beautiful fish.
My tuic male and bioaquatix female lost their batch of fry. I'll be moving them down to the fishroom to give them their own tank to spawn, so another pair can move up and take their place in the main tank.
Got you. I feed my fry baby brine, or when I feed the parents, they grind up the pellets in their mouths and spit it at the babies for them to eat. I hear baby brine is good for growth, it’s been 2 weeks and they look like little fish already.

I gotta start hatching brine shrimp soon. I got a 1 lb bag off aquabid that I thought I'd be using, but don't really have any fry that need it at the moment.
Currently he's looking like this. He seems to have progressively gotten less green as he aged.
Looking a lot like his dad, and very unique for an HRP. His dad is from late 2019 tuic, and his mom is from mid 2020 tuic.

My “blue/green” female that survived the wrath. She’s the only mixed genome fish that lived. Hopefully I can get my blue male to pair with a green female to make more like her. He’s currently paired with the blue female and they have fry, so maybe in a couple months I’ll try again. But anyway, this is her!
