They won't be as easy to breed as convicts but they won't pose any major challenge.
A lot will depend on tank size and tank mates.
Other than that good food and clean water is all that's required.

They are less aggressive in small groups and just squabble and spar with each other.
The snails are Malaysian trumpet snails.I think their shells are too hard for the thorichthys.Looking good Darren. Those lentigosum have really bold patterning for juvies.
The little helleris are coming along nice too. I noticed a small snail in the background ... if your Thorichthys are anything like mine, any snails are not long for this world.

I like them,especially in fry tanks.They make a brilliant clean up crew for the substrate.
