Are they still going in to the main tank once there big enough

They were but I may keep them on their own in the smaller tank.
I will be meeting up with Lee Nuttall soon,he has some hetrospilus fry for me.I think they will go in the big tank with the Helleri.

All good, he pretty much ignores them completely, also getting on better with the female since I added them

Yes they are the fry from that tank.
I liked his rocky Nicaragua tank featuring the amphilophus.

Starting to get some nice green algea growth now,just how I like it.

how do you get green algae to grow? I'd much prefer that to the brown algae i get in my tanks.
