I'd still be staring at my 55G if I had never seen your original build post. btw why did you get rid of the baseboard heater? I love the idea of the water heater and PEX lines in the sump though. I up for lending a hand as well if you ever need it.
I might need a hand... but I tend to work at my own pace... I never know when I can work on it or not... For example... I switched days around for my side job to try and get more ready to set the glass... But then my wife scedualled an appointment to get her eyes checked and get her new glasses

As for progress on the tank
I wired the temperature controller in and tested it along with the pump
The pex is going to work just fine to heat up the water! It gets hot FAST! Everything works as it should! Im looking fore ward to see it in action!
I was also able to get out and get the fittings and pipe for the filter Hopefully Ill be able to work on that this afternoon Well see
