Would that be a cold water pond? If not how do you heat something so big?

Thank you...And yes, its somewhat of a coldwater pond. My basement stays quite warm in the winters so the 12' pool is at ambient room temp around 68-76 throughout the year unheated. This new pond will be covered and should actually stay warmer than the pool. Submersible pumps alone can heat a tank with good lids and insulation.
 
Just got caught up on the whole thread (epic for sure!) you got a lot going on for sure, thanks for keeping us updated!
