The liner will be placed in the structure first and then sandwiched in by the acrylic.

What! U dont trust my skills lol...im not even nervous this time around, maybe thats a bad sign haha...i just want the damn pool outta my way at this point so i can finish my real tank lol... and yes water on the floors is quite normal...cant run a fish room and worry about things getting wet. Funny its usually from rain and not my tanks tho. Will be fun getting drenched by 30" cats soon here, never enough towels laid out to prepare for the splash zone lol...there not gonna b 2 happy.

I still don't understand how the window will seal. I get the liner sandwiched, but how do you keep water from running out the holes? If I just need to shut up and wait for a pic that's cool!

The bolts will be siliconed in the holes before they go in and also around/over the entire bolt head onto the acrylic...the bolts only serve the purpose of holding the glass up in place...the silicone keeps it all watertight. A rubber washer will also prevent a leaky bolt, just think of a bulkhead, same kinda seal.

Thanks but Nah, lol...im just a lowley fish keeper living in the shadows of my heroes/mentors from the good old days. Johnptc,necro,nolapete, anythingfish....just to name a few. Ida never built my 650gal yrs ago if it wernt for them. Im just keepin the dream goin.
