Crack patched and filled all the holes. Chaulked all the seams and corners to help the liner settle into the structure.

Lyme time :) ...nothing like putting in a 20'x20' oversized liner by urself. Not my best corners but itell do. Sanding down the window and prepping/cleaning the liner now.

Capped off all the edges with 2x4's wrapped in liner to hold everything in place and dressed it up a bit with some wood from an old futon frame lol. Also threw in a center brace and some make shift lids for the back half using 3.5mil plastic sheeting double layered. i'll be replacing the lids down the road once money isnt so tight. Looking at twin layerd polycarb board used for greenhouses to help keep it insulated. Biting the bullet tommorow/today and sealing up the window, i think ive put it off long enough playing with the lid today lol...

good luck with the window seal! How long is the cure time? That's the worst part, waiting to fill.

Thanks Egon!, its finally 3k time if all goes well on this 1400. Cure time is 7days for the 3m5200 so ill wait a good 2 weeks before i turn the water on. I may need 3 weeks with how much i used lol...just finished, pics on the way.
