The first batch of pothos is doing reasonably well. The plants I pulled out of that block of roots...meh. The good thing is the nodes and live roots are healthy on those. So far I've had about 5% shed of leaves. Usually I'll have an idea after a week how it will go. The huge leaves tend to go first since they're most adapted to soil. But each tank is different. Splits first, open holes next, brown dots then melt. I pull those out as they go. Ones with intact leaves developing holes I keep trimming those parts as needed.
In the next week or so I expect a total of 20% shed which is average. Next stage is the fun part as the roots adapt to water and spread. Little shoots start growing on the vine. In the growout I've already got one shoot sticking out of the water.
