take your time .. patience is everything .. if you want it done quick its bound to leak or worse .. the toughest part I found was the filtering/overflow since it was the first time I have had to deal with an overflow ... the next tank I build I am going to leave extra room between the overflow and top of the tank .. I only left an inch and by the time the water goes into the overflow it gets pretty close to the top .. the Piranhas bump up against the plexi every ounce in a while and I would rather have a few inches of open space so they dont get knocked out..just have to leave 3" of ply around the front frame instead of only 2" .. I am also going to go with a 2" bulkheads instead of the 1 1/2".

other then that I liked the way the Zavlar worked out .. and will definitely use it again.

Dude Great JOB!!!!!!!!!!

This was a great build. You took your time and made sure every task was performed through and through. The Ps also look great by the way. I am assuming all is going well with the tank? Is the paintable silicone still holding seeing that it's bonded with the PC? Thanks and great job again.
