Thanks. I think my wife is starting to recite Buddhist chants....Yanbbrox;4970406; said:Totally freaking awesome. Thanks for the update, good luck with the fill.
Thanks, what's a "cay"? If you mean rays I'm not sure they would like having stones as a substrate. I'm going to add some round Mexican river rock whenever I get them cleaned up.OddBallKeeper;4970443; said:Hahaha That Webcam idea is amazing. Very clever I think you might wanna get a few cays for that tank. Just as like a clean-up crew.
Ha, I knew that question was going to come up. I don't have a complete cost but I estimate around $3,000. The glass alone was $1200. I got them from Glasscages.com. If I got them from a local supplier it would have cost almost triple. The next most expensive were the pumps. At $350 a piece I have two in there. Then the rest of the material and Wetsuit add up to the remaining.tscharf;4970470; said:this looks amazing, if you dont mind me asking, what was the cost?
If you mean crayfish? That's not a bad idea as long as they don't snip at my fish. With the driftwood and rocks to hide in they could be a good clean up crew.suds1421;4970478; said:I'd bet he means cray's? But they might get eaten by your fish, not a bad snack
