New 300 gal above ground turtle and koi pond pics

Well I just got back in town...I was going to finish the trim on the pond this weekend and take some shots of the killer 16 koi I HAD in the pond. Yes...had...sadly I now only have 4 left. My sister watched the pond while we were gone for a week and a half. She was topping it off with the hose.....and sadly forgot about it...for several several hours. So 12 of the koi died 
I cant blam here...but I am very sad that most of my koi died. I will get some shots of what I have left...now I got to start over again...I really had some nice ones I thought.....damn.
Turtles are fine tho thank god...my big turtle is king of that pond.

I am finished with the wood around the pond and the fix to my seeping log water return but it has been funky weather so no pics yet. I also definetly have a female RES....she laid an egg in the water. No males around so its not a good one but I did take a pic of it. Very cool!!! I'll get some shots soon....I think yall are going to like what I did.
Wow... awesome pond there mate!!!! I love the clean clear lines and simple look. how did you end up creating a basking island for your turtle?

Ok sorry for the delay but here are some finished pics of the pond. What I did was put 2x8's on the top and used 1x8's for the corners...I painted them to make it all stand out....the color is chocolet turtle found at Lowes (what else lol). I also built a box using 2x4's and bed board to cover the filter. Also the water return was seeping water through it badly after it ran for a while. So I lucked out at Lowes finding this prefab pond part that worked perfect at keeping the seeping water in the pond and not the ground. I am trying parrots feather in the gravel...dont know if its going to work...if not I will plant something there to make it look better.
Also there is a short vid of the 4 remaining fish....I didnt loose one fish...untill someone was watching the pond while I was out of town. Since the drift wood was seeping fast they had to add water. They left it filling for over 4 hours....that killed and weekend 12 of the 16 koi and the ones that didint die right away the turtle ate. Very sad...I had some cool ones....but ill get more.
For the turtle to get out and sun it self for now is some raw cork board. ITs not the best since the turtle is heavy and tips it over but it works ok for now. All but the back feat get out the water. I am trying to think of what I want to do to make it better...I want something away from the edges so it cant get out and look good.
