from the looks of the size you'll probably loose way more than that much water to evaporation. I thought you were having leaks that were dripping...Algae will probably fill those tiny gaps in no time...
They were dripping yesterday before my acrobatics ;)

Here's a shot of about all the work I got done today due to the weather, test fitted the bin to find out how quickly it would fill and the answer is probably enough, filled pretty quick and is stable on the grid supporting it. Although it doesn't look like there is a lot of room left there is, although it'll need replacing with a thiner model next year, but for now it should do the job:

I thought you had it:confused:

Why what's the plan?

Personally I wouldn't worry about a couple drops. On the scale of a pond its really nothing and may plug itself.

Your prefilter kind of reminds me of this DIY build:

I am so glad you posted that, it's what I had in my head roughly from the discussions with you and Zen with the pump in the middle instead of the connection to the next filter bay, only bigger:naughty:

Thanks mrunlucky07

looks so complicated, how effective is it?
the toys of the Koi boyz are usually highly effective...Most serious Koi keepers are totally Overstocked and have perfect water perams.
I would copy their stuff first before anybody elses...

The fluid bed and K1 is the key, the nexus units retail over here at over a grand sterling, Diy is the way to go:)
