Man am I enjoying this project. I'm sure sometimes I look like a dork just sitting there just staring.

I got a pretty cool shot of my Guapote and a new Oscar that I just put in the laguna.

The Orchids and the heliconia's continue flowering.

I had a little leak problem. We'll see if its fixed. The pool is still settling. Notice the crack.

If you feel like a dork staring at your pool/ pond not sure what that makes me or all of us that are enjoying just staring at the pictures of your pool/ pond :) . All of your plants look great, nice pics of the fish too.

I just came across this thread as I'm new to MFK...and let me just say, THIS is truly MONSTER! :nilly:

Your project is an inspiration in more ways than one. Truly amazing how far along it has come in just six months. Cheers on developing such a natural habitat for so many different species, including your family! They must absolutely love it.

Can't wait to see what other species you're going to add

Last night I was just sitting on the edge and all of the african cichlids came out and started cruising around the pool in a school. It looks like I have about twenty. Then the oscars came out and did the same. They all look kind of washed out. I assume its the light blue tile. When they cross over into the rocks they turn their vibrant colors again. This is so cool being able to see every little movement with the water so clear.
