NITRATE FILTER PROJECT UNDERWAY

i slowed the water feed down to 600 gph and the filter output is at 4 ppm nitrate and the tank is at 14 ppm.

for those that hate math it means the filter is pulling out about 500 grams of nitrate every 24 hours....

John from what i have read on these you shouldnt have any problems getting it down to 0ppm.
I am going to make one for my 430 but i am going to use sulfure.

the denitrification is suppose to reverse the shifts cause by the nitrifcation process
