ok,can anyone id this fish?
i caught it years ago down in costa rica,in a river that was a 150 miles from the ocean.
they said that river had sailfish but dont think we got any of those.
i think all we caught was a few of these.

well, I don't know what that is, but it looks like it's native to saltwater and probably went upriver.

Looks like a drum.

Very similar to our freshwater drum aka Sheep head.

could be,there was tarpon.

close but all the fw drum i see on google have long top fins.
the one i caught doesnt.
