if that is a ghost then i would not mind it be there... i like
At that particular moment, you would "mind" the "ghost"
, cos the "ghost" was not particularly happy about the new acquisition ... lots of shmoozing was done and still more to come
... not that i mind

Nice bro.
It must be a great feeling to receive so many asian aro at the one time
Thanxxx bro, the feeling is great once they all settle in - during the transit and climatation, it was very stressful. I would have prefered to received one by one actually. If i were in Sing, i would have been buying one by one for sure. Luckily i had my tigerbarb tank handy for small aros

XB is great and eating the most in that tank (not counting L600). Should be magnificent in no time

WOW, nice collection.
I loved the long barbels of red.
The red is gaining back some color. it is current "orange". Will keep posted next week when i return for new year. Unfortunately, its tail is slightly shredded... but wounds heal

Great pick ups!! Admond delivers!
Wait'till that blue based gains some colours! Most awesome aros!
Thanx, Miguel. Indeed, he does indeed delivers. It was a very pleasant transaction. Definitely would recommend him to everyone else. With the exception of L24, all fish arrived in pristine condition .... oh well s**t happens.
Blue has gained back some color the following day, but as you know my camera and my skills are to be desired ... i am looking for a proper camera now (researching ... secretly).... i have to wait until the "ghost" goes back to Ozland heheheh

wow! awesome arows bro! sorry about ure pim but thats life i guess...fatten those big boys up ASAP!
Thankx, TL. The aros are very magical indeed. <sigh> ... it is not certain whether pim really perished - i would not know until i pick the sump apart... but i find it very lucky indeed if the one in the sump - jumped back in correct direction ... will keep posted on this in the catfish forum ^^
Errrr, how about your aro army in the making - i have been looking forward to a thread on that

Sounds like you've had a merry christmas! Congrats on your collection.
I like your aro with the top pic exposing the long pectoral fins.
X-mas was great. GF was back and the new fish were in da house!!!
Heeheheheh - i know what you mean about top shot. The new tank has sliding (removable) covers so it is much easier to take overhead shots (unlike my silver aro tanks with hinged covers) ... the draw back is that two of the covers are fixed (i have no idea why the carpenter did that) so it makes catching fish in the tank an absolute nightmare (i tried first hand on green, and two pims ... i gave up catching claris though ... will fish him out later ... anyway he helps out with bottom cleaning for now)
More to come certainly. Asian aros are not as skittish as my silvers so much easier to photo them
