Hi all

Just orded a new ATF. Realy lucky as they had 1 left. Was listed as Goliath but i know this is unlikely. I'm hoping its vittatus ( i know most peole would want a goliath, but i'd never be able to house one). Will be with me on Wednesday. Hoping that it's not another species as there have been alot of African pikes (hepsetus) around the Uk lately. Also ordered an angelicus syno.

Ta.

just got a pair of true goliaths from CF....

love them already. :grinyes:
Good luck IoStrisciare. They look to be very small right now, difficult to varify for sure, but you'll know for sure in a few months. Hopefully they won't develop prominant striping. I hope you have the real deal.

Here's mine next to a Vittatus at approximately 6"

At 7" with the gang

thanks... so far after comparison to similar sized brevis and vittatus they are different. So hopefully they are goliaths.

These were imported last year. I know the guy who owns this shop and there is one left but he wont eat and one of his eyes is completely white, so the owner is not selling it. And yes $600 dollars is expensive, but I have seen smaller for more expensive here.

from an article in *********** i believe these to be the real deal.

And they look the closest to the adult specimen body shape.
