XXXL Clown Loaches

Capital Aquarium in Sacramento had some whoppers in their 1,000g that were really old (20+ years)... not sure if they're still around.

What's interesting is that some stayed under a foot while some were much bigger.

but your guess is as good as mine ? ive had them for 1yr or so , and they have not grown in lenth , only width ..lol

yea at the LFS I used to work at we personally had them for 15+ yrs. and the largest were 10-10.5in. but a few others were considerably smaller the smallest was maybe 6in.

WOW!!! Some great looking loaches !! Ive always love clown loaches seeing the big sizes they can grow to is amazing. Biggest ive seen in person is about 4.5 inches ..

i bet Johnptc's are pretty huge, its hard to tell in his bagillion gallon tank cuz of the light refraction distortion stuff, but i bet some of them ought to be 16" +
