XXXL Clown Loaches

i bet Johnptc's are pretty huge, its hard to tell in his bagillion gallon tank cuz of the light refraction distortion stuff, but i bet some of them ought to be 16" +

I heard about it but I was never able to find it. I saw some giant loaches at the Steinhart Aquarium in the Cafe. Those thing got to be at least 12"+.

Love those guys! I'd love a shot with someone standing in front of tank or something for scale. I don't doubt you, it's just hard to "process" when the brain has nothing to scale against.

i think you can tell with out scaling it wit something......once their black bar starts to split....they have to be quite large.......RT?????

here are some that might give more proof. They are a little smaller on the tape measure now than when they are out of the tank. I have measured them out of the water when i got them and 1 is a hair under 12" and the other is right on 12"
