Just finished meals for the week. Salmon and veggies for her and chicken, rice and green beans for me. Oatmeal for breakfast lol. More chicken for dinner.
I'm all about macro conscious eating but I cannot prep meals for a week...I have to cook THAT day or I just don't eat lol.

I've never liked microwave heated food. I'm getting used to it and my body has thanked me for it lol.
oh don't get me wrong I eat clean, I just HAVE to cook it right then, and maybe eat it the next day at most haha. I'm big on using eggs, precooked ham and then chicken breasts so I like quick and easy on the same day lol.

I make alot of chicken breast in the slow cooker and then leave it in the fridge all week. I like making BBQ chicken burritos for a "cheat meal." Still decent macros, just not as clean as normal. Also good on salads and such as well.

gonna derail this thread for a second, but I know you are boxing/biking now from your other bike thread, what are your macros sitting at right now for that type of high cardio? Just curious.

I HAMMER precooked ham the same way lol, I eat that at least twice a day lol, pretty lean and way tastier than chicken breast every single day haha. Do you use Walden Farms BBQ?
