I'm all about macro conscious eating but I cannot prep meals for a week...I have to cook THAT day or I just don't eat lol.Just finished meals for the week. Salmon and veggies for her and chicken, rice and green beans for me. Oatmeal for breakfast lol. More chicken for dinner.

I make alot of chicken breast in the slow cooker and then leave it in the fridge all week. I like making BBQ chicken burritos for a "cheat meal." Still decent macros, just not as clean as normal. gonna derail this thread for a second, but I know you are boxing/biking now from your other bike thread, what are your macros sitting at right now for that type of high cardio?
