Last night's dinner: shrimp po-boy

I figured we were due since it's been about a year. We made Stuffed Cabbage un-rolls. Instead of taking all day to make individual rolls, we just layered the whole shbang like a lasagna.

Last night's dinner: Korean spicy chicken bao (steamed dough)

Friday dinner:

Middle Eastern sauteed beef over spiced rice and cucumber-mint-yogurt salad.

Tonight's dinner is at the Mother-in-Law's.
Grilled pork and steak tips and veggies. MIL also made roasted potatoes, corn on the cob, and a green salad

Last night's dinner: homemade "HotPockets" chicken, broccoli and cheese baked in cornflake crusted dough

Made up 3 trays of pierogis. Still have a ton of cheese mix left so, we'll be making enough stuffed shells in marinara sauce tomorrow to feed an army.
