Thanks, appreciate it. Going to soak the driftwood one more night and putting it in the tank tomorrow. I already added the additional 100 pounds of pool filter sand and 40 pounds of crushed coral. It does a lot better job of covering up the ugj system.

We have a commercial kitchen for our business so I am "borrowing it" for a little while. Actually, for about two hours. ;)

The tank is glass.

My wife called and asked what I was doing and I told her cooking rock. She didn't really know what to think. You would think she would understand. Actually, I believe she is to the point since one time she called and I was baking the headlights off of my Ninja. Only baked them at 225* for ten minutes. :naughty:

I thought about getting the busa since it and the zx14 are equivalent. I went with the 14 for four reasons, first it is much more comfortable. Second, insurance is 1/3 as much as for the busa. I pay $440 a year for full coverage. Insurance on the busa would be over $1100 a year. Actually, insurance on any GSX-R is absolutely ridiculous. Way too many squids ride them and end up in a casket. Third, everywhere you look you see a squid on a busa or another gsxr. Forth, most people out there have no idea what the zx14 is capable of, I like that.

Don't get me wrong, I believe that the busa and other gsxr's are amazing machines. There is no arguing the fact that most newbies go straight for a gixxer though and way too many of them end up going down on the ride home. Just about every time you hear about someone dieing on a crotch rocket down here they were riding a gixxer. It has nothing to do with the bike, they are awesome.

With that said, the new R1 is very, very tempting! :WHOA:

I added the additional 100 pounds of sand and 40 pounds of crushed coral. I also added the rocks and the driftwood. The tank is still pretty cloudy but this will give an idea of what it looks like.

I'll add a video once it finishes uploading to youtube.

The pool filter sand is great. It looks very nice and it is course enough that I don't have to worry about the filter blowing it around all over the place and ending up in my filter inputs. For $8 a 50 pound bag it just can't be beat in my opinion.
