It is called egg crate. You should be able to find it in the lighting section of any hardware store.

That is some wonderful stuff in the aquarium world lol. I am about to hack up my overflow covers and use some of that stuff I painted black.

I just wanted to brag on Reeflo for a second. I e-mailed the tracking number for the pump to them yesterday and informed them that it would be shipping today. When I checked my e-mail this morning I had already received a full credit through paypal. I haven't even dropped the pump off at Fedex yet. This just confirms what an awesome company they are.

Wow thats nice! They probably did that since they knew you will be needing that $ to make a few repairs lol. But really...that is outstanding!

I forgot to mention that there has been one pretty big difference since I removed the second pump. When I was running both pumps my water temperature was staying around 84 to 85 degrees. It is now staying at about 79 degrees with the assistance of one heater. In order to get it back up to 80 degrees I am going to have to plug my second heater back in.

I just received my 2LF media reactor. For the price it looks very nice but in comparison to my other reactor it is a baby reactor. I am sort of dissapointed that the hanger is not large enough to fit the rim of my 75 gallon tank in my sump but I will figure out another way to mount it.

Here is a picture of it compared to my Monster reactor.

lol...I just didnt have room for one that big. And when it comes time to fill it that might hurt the wallet lol. You can mod that plastic hanger I think easy enough to fit. But for what it cost I think its nice.

I might try tanking the dremel to it and see if I can get it to fit.

I decided to use the money that I got back from the reeflo blackfin to purchase an fx5. I figure I can't have too much filtration right???

I started grinding down the lip on the tank mount on the 2LF media reactor. Unfortunately the battery on my dremel died so now I get to hurry up and wait. I did manage to replace the air pumps on my 210 and 55 with quieter air pumps. I would hook up the new pump for the media reactors but the Quiet One pump I bought comes ready for 3/4" or 1" water line (not sure which). I need it to work with 1/2" hose so I am going to have to make a trip to Lowe's.

On aside note, I received the tracking number for my FX5. :)
