It does. The calcium chloride just causes it to set instantly. Fully cured it still is tacky.

My friend has a couple pieces of pond liner and thinks one or the other will fit what I need.

Good call on the liner for the floor...no sense in Embedding the floor with substrate...

I have been following this thread since I have found it and I did not realize that it was that big. I guess I need to start reading closer.
