That's kind of my thinking with filling it to below the window. I am going to fill it to that point when I get home from work on Monday.

BOR, I don't think that the window is where the leak is considering that there's no water seepage from that wall whatsoever.

I do have an idea for testing for the minute possibility that the front window is the source of the leak. I plan to cut a piece of pond liner to cover the window then secure it with a 1x4 frame behind it then coat over the screws with Permadri.
