So where can I purchase these dc 732 and primer here in MN.
See if there is a McMaster Carr industrial supply or another big industrial supply house nearby. The primer may come haz mat packaged.

I was just at one of my local hardware stores here in hawaii, all they carried was DAP, I seen the black that i wanted, it's 100% silicone and on the top of the tube is has Dow Corning so i'm assuming it's the same product, but it also says that it's not for continuous underwater use. Is it safe to use to re-seal a 125 gal?

Several folks here have used the DAP. Do a search and see what you come up with. From what was said somewhere here earlier the "not for continuous underwater use" you see on some tubes is a liability thing. The companies know we use this stuff to build aquariums with and they dont want anything to do with that.

Would the Dow Corning 995 be a good silicone to use?
The best thing to do is contact a chemist or tech with the company and find out. The tech sheet seems to say it doesnt flex very much.

Thanks i was just getting a little confused because some say it's good, some say it's not that good, I ended up going with the Dow Corning 832 because i found 6 tubes for $9.99 on Ebay...the only thing is that it is in gray which i don't mind, i really wanted black, having the tank hold water is more important.

Cool. I've read somewhere that some folks were using the 832. Post some pics if you can.

for all smal jobs (4x18x20) or less i would use dow particularly dow 999a. it is so much cheaper then ge. for all tanks with end panels 2x2' or larger i would use ge construction. please note that most places will not selll ge in anything less then a box of 12.
