I use hang on power filters with my fry tanks with no problems at all. Just cut you a square of filter floss and use a rubberband to attach it over the filter intake. Works great as long as your filter in not real strong. I use the emperor 280's that allow you to reduce the flow. As the fry get stronger and bigger I up the flow.

Thanks JD. I have a 6 gallon "kit" that used to be a betta tank, and the filter shouldn't be too strong. It's going to be hard to feed just three wrigglers!

Maybe you could try bbs or daphnia if it isn't going for the crushed flakes.. Just kinda squirt an eyedropper full near it.. .. Is the female doing better... Thanks Sue....I removed the divider a few days ago and the female is healing up...seems back to normal with the male. They just found out what's in the cage, and are guarding it....wouldn't let other fish near it. I was like "NOW you are paying attention!"
