Insulation (old bubble wrap from moving) in the bottom.

Double socket removed and blanking plate fitted and siliconed for extra safety as there's still live wires behind it.

Side beneath the window taped to help support insulation that side. Going to see how many old poly boxes i've got from buying fish and use them for insulating the sides.
