Cheap plants, less nitrate! POTHOS

Here's mine, these four runners are over 4 years old and between 6-10' long.

My trates are in the 10-15ppm range, tested before weekly 30-40% W/Cs.

looks good brian. i lost all my pothoes from the pestacide incodent. i have resently decided to give peace lillys a try. so far all is well. may still get more pothoes. i will also be making a "hydro garden" with a 1000gph flow once i get the box made for it.

Great thread! Literally just got back from Walmart and they had pothos plants. Got a golden pothos and a marble queen pothos. Gonna put the golden in my 90 with my red devil and the marble queen in my daughters 29 gallon platy tank. The platy need some place to have their fry hide in and this will be perfect! Thanks for all the brilliant ideas on here everyone. Very Creative! Can't wait to drop these plants in!

Awesome can't wait to see! Please post pics when done! Remember to trim the roots back an inch or so!

Holy smokes those aros are beasts! And I love the spread of pothos! Great setup Thx for sharing!

I've heard the lilys are good but not that great with n03 reduction although that is all hear say, some results would be cool! I think I remember a thread on peticide awhile ago, sucks to know it was your setup!

i lost alot from that insodent. 5 aros, 1 rtcxtsn, 1 niger cat, 1 tsn and a florida gar. not to mention all my live plants in/around the tank. the company didnt take responsibility for it and i got nothing but lies in replies from them.

im surprised how fast they are growing both clones are sprouting new steams and leaves over like 3 weeks. im going to my moms in few days and shes giving a few of her bigger clones that she trimmed off her monster pothos.
