Cheap plants, less nitrate! POTHOS

Adding two more to the overstocked 80gallon SA/CA cichlid tank two Fluval cans + the pothos that's on their now.
Inhabitants are:
TSN 7"
O 9"
JD 6"
JD 5"
FM 6"
FM 4"
RD 7"
BGK 8"
Hoping it will help with less water changes about 75% every week sometimes more often.

With a couple large pothos plants I see no probs in nitrate reduction, in a month expect to see 40-50ppm reduction/week if all goes well and enough light is provided!

Ive considered tomatoes, since it is kind of like hydroponics in a way. We should team up and start a revolution! Edible pothos? Yes plz

Be careful with floating foam. Not all foams are food-safe/fish-safe/inert, etc. Some have harmful chemicals that can leech out of them.
