Also correct. Before you can just put it on and leave, make sure to watch it for a while. Make sure the pump doesn't put out more than your pipes can handle.

^Make sure your 10 gallon sump doesn't empty because the pump is faster than your tubing.

You will probably have to fiddle with either the height of the intake pipe or adjusting the initial water level in your 10g sump.

Looks good.You may need to make the inlet higher.Depends on where you want the waterline yourself.Don't glue the inside untill you have had a test run so you can fine tune the hight.You need a checkvalve in the U going over the tank wall to suck the air out so the pipe will prime.Also turn the power off once you get it running to make sure you don't drain to much water to your sump.If so make the water level in the sump lower to allow for this.
 
For a 75g tank, how long should I have the pieces of the PVC?
