thanks always glad to be corrected got to learn this stuff somehow I got no one to fish with. there were tons of those little rock bass on D&R under the train bridge.

how do you reel in crank baits I have two the rebel craw which is apparently the #1 lure in Australia for the last three years and a Matzou 9/32 ounce

can you recomend any brand color diving depth to me whats your favorite lure I want to try new stuff but for now the small storm curl tails are working great but I ran out...

I like rapalar's DT series crank baits. For you I would start out with DT-4's since you are mostly fishing from the shore. All you do is throw it out there and reel it in. Also try to bounce it off the bottom and laydowns!!

Will be in South Jersey to Pick-up 200+ Lobsters and then go Fishing on as many bodies of water as I can find. Plus I will try out the D&R and the Raritan river at as many spots as I can find to fish. Starting Thursday evening, latest Friday Morning through Sunday/Monday Evening/Morning. Anyone interested in hooking up and fishing let me know, I can pick you up or we can meet at a spot, either way is ok with me.......... I think I'm gonna bring my wadders this time............ Msg me.

Well today I had to baby seat for my sister and my niece wanted to go fishing. I stoped the LFS and grabbed up some meal worms cause they were out of night crawlers. I choose "Rosedale" for the outting. I rigged up a spider man pole for her. She had a few bites but she missd them, she only lasted about 20 minutes with fishing before she said I want to go to the park. I was like "YES SIR" now I can get alittle fishing in. The fish werent active at all but as I was about to give up I seen something running down on bait fish right on the bank. So I throw the spinny in its direction and BAM he jumped right on it, I knew the fish had alittle size on it was shoutting while landing it. Out of now where I hear a voice of a lady that was seatting under a tree, she had been there the whole time without me knowing. She took the pic for me and then took one with her own camera. Ill say the fish was around 2 and half pounds!!

Had fun with the niece!!!

'We have had some terrible thunderstorms the last few day and today was no exception. but a 7:30 things were warming up and i went to the lake I decided i would ONLY use plastic worms the entire day. First fish was a twelve incher after missing two others. The fish wouldnt bite the hook and three more got off before i set the hook on a nice 14 incher i landed him but after a few more cast a bass ripped my favorite worm apart (it was really old and i had bought it at a flea market. It was long and really flexible with grat action.
I tied on another one and switched spots as i was twitching it hard (no weights, i would just jerk it a little ways continually) i fult pressur so i lets some slack. the fish ran with it and i set the hook REALLY hard and it was weird the fish went straight to the surface like a wet sock then it started to fight but soon tired i had jammed the hook through the roof of the mouth into the eye!!! i feel really bad but i hope it lived!!

Hit the susquehanna between Conowingo and Holtwood dams (conowingo lake) last night from 6pm till midnight for a little catfish action. Didn't have awhole lot of luck. We started out for channel cats and were able to boat a few small ones, nothing over 2 lbs. We moved up river as the sun started to set to look for flatheads. Our first bite came almost after 90 minutes of setting in our favorite spot when my rod went down hard. Im thinking "****yea, finally a big flattie". This fish fought aggressively and was alot of fun. I got it to the boat and low and behold a 5lb 6oz channel had attempted to eat my bluegill. We threw him back and got back to sitting. My buddys leader got broke on a nice fish but no other hooks up occured until about 11pm when a small flattie hit my line. He was only about 10" and thought about keeping him in my pond but threw him back anyways. No more bites and we decided to call it quits after about 11:30.

Slightly disappointing night, the catfishnation had a tournament above holtwood dam. They did really well, i was on the wrong section of the river apparently.

heres the flatties in a small bait bucket and a recent picture of my tank
