FISHING SEASON 2K10!!!!!!

Back to "Farrington" with Dennis. The bite was fair and once again I had a run-in with a Monster CP. The money minnow is working very well but the hook setting is alittle differnt from what I do most. Well yesterday a 4lb+ CP got off as I was swinging it the boat(didn't set the hook), and my run-in today ended very quickly with me coming back with nothing but line. Aleast I got to witness the big CP jump on a 5" money minnow!

The fish are liking the "Money Minnow", I should of been using them years ago!!

Me and Minnow Magnet went fishing today at the beach two blocks away from my house for about an hour and a half, we caught,

1x 100-110lb Bat Ray
1x 95-100lb Bat Ray
2x 25-35lb Bat Ray

I wanted to go to "Lakewood" but Dennis wanted to go the "Amazon" plus its alot closer so I gave in!!

Third cast BAM a nice 3 pounder murdered the buzzy!! Dennis follwed up with a 12"er on the spinny. The bite went away(far far) the next action came in the form of a CP that jumped on a 4" "money minnow" , shortly aftre I banged a smaller CP. Forth was a decent 13" that hit the spinny in open water next to a brush pile. Fifth should of been a nice two pounder that throught the "Minnow" was a snack but since it shook off number five was a nice 2lb CP that smacked the buzzy soon at it hit the water in front of a brush pile. Dennis banged a nice CP on the spinny before we left!

FInally made my way out to "Lakewood"

The CP's were bitting crazy today. I mean everywhere and hitting EVERYTHING!! Plucked a few off the buzzy but once I seen that it wasnt that effective I switched to the "Dinger". That was the ticket cause I banged a few bass and CP's very quickly. Dennis copied me and also begun catching. The CP bite was all day long but the bass fell off for alittle while but before they did Dennis got a VERY nice 3.14!!

Great day of fishing!!!!

Had some rain overnight into the morning but around 11 I looked outside then checked the radar on my phone. Called Dennis up and we were fishing at "Carnegie Lake" at 2:15. I plucked 4 and had one jump off on the first 300 feet of shoreline with the buzzy!! The next shoreline was alot deeper so I switched to the crank bait(DT-4). After I Banged like four, Dennis copied me and started catching also. We had one yellow perch and two crappies ran down on them too. Once the sun started falling I picked back up the buzzy and banged a few more. The biggest being 2.4lbs!

Two back to back great days!!!!
